EN 62479:2010

EN 62479:2010 is now the oldest version of the standard which can be used to provide a presumption of conformity with the essential requirements of article 3.1a (the protection of the health and the safety) of the R&TTE Directive.

EN 62479:2010 is the Harmonised Standard for the assessment of the compliance of low power electronic and electrical equipment with the basic restrictions related to human exposure to electromagnetic fields in the 10 MHz to 300 GHz frequency range.  EN 62479:2010 supersedes EN 50371:2002.
